About Dr Kevin Lee

Dr Kevin Lee is an Australian trained General Dentist with degrees in Biomedicine and Dental Surgery. He trained at the University of Melbourne and did clinical rotations at the Melbourne Dental Clinic and Public dental clinics in Clayton, Preston and the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne. His interest in conservative, restorative dentistry developed while at the Melbourne dental school where he graduated as the top of his year. He was also awarded by Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons and received the prestigious Colgate award for academic excellence.

During his time at the University of Melbourne, he was on the Dean's list multiple years running and was also speaker for the team awarded the ADAVB/Guild Insurance eviDent research prize for Master's level research. It was also during this time he volunteered overseas to provide dental treatment in the Happy Clinic and mobile clinics to the poorly served communities in Cambodia with the One-2-One Charity organization.

Since graduating, he has worked in regional NSW with the Dentists of Australia, serving the communities of Lightning Ridge and Gilgandra. Later, he moved back home to Melbourne, and has been practicing in Primary Dental Preston and the Bytes of Northcote.

Believing in the philosophy "You should never stop improving.", he has attended many professional development courses, including the General Dental Residency, Aligner courses from the OrthoEd Institute headed by the prestigious Dr. Geoff Hall, Restoring Excellence and Facetas em Resina Composta by Dr. Felipe Bezerra. He is also a member of RIPEGlobal and the ADAVB.

When not obsessing over the shapes and angles of teeth, he dances hip hop, works out and enjoys musicals.
